Renewal registration is only for students currently enrolled in the program

Registration is open to all Families at this time

All Registrations will take place online. 

 

All registrations are received and reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Alumni refers to current students, siblings of previous or current students, and children of previous student

​

All registrations who do not meet the criteria for the registration dates will be removed and asked to reapply during the correct registration window. 

​

Upon filling all open spots, all additional submissions will be added to our waiting list.


There is an annual membership fee of $100.00. This reserves your child's spot and covers the cost of insurance. It also entitles you the ability to attend the Annual General Meeting and vote on the board.

The Classes that will be available for the 2023-2024 school year are
•    Monday/Wednesday/Friday – Morning – 9:00-11:30
•    Monday/Wednesday/Friday – Afternoon – 12:30-3:00
•    Tuesday/Thursday – Morning – 9:00-11:30
•    Tuesday/Thursday – Afternoon – 12:30 – 3:00

E-Transfer 
Membership fees ($100) may be made via E-Transfer for the 2024-2025 school year.  If you are paying by E-Transfer the above deadline still apply to secure your spot in class.  Email wspnstreasurer@gmail.com

1.    Child’s first and last name as per registration

Fees/Finance

 

There is an annual membership fee of $100.00. This reserves your child's spot and covers the cost of insurance. It also entitles you the ability to attend the Annual General Meeting and vote on the board.

The fee for tuition can be made by cash, cheque or E-transfer and are due at orientation in September

 

Those families wishing to pay in 3 installments are required to submit post-dated cheques covering the months of September through May inclusive. Post-dated cheques should be dated the 1st of the month. Please make cheques payable to West St. Paul Nursery School Co-op Inc. and include the amount of your child’s tuition. Cheques should be made out for terms as listed in the table below.

If for some reason you are unable to provide post-dated cheques at the time of registration, please be advised that all cheques or cash must be received prior to the due date.

 

Any payments not received on time may result in the release of your child’s spot that was being held for the Nursery School program.

 

E-Transfer –  Full Fee payments only

Tuition fees may be made via E-Transfer for the 2024-2025 school year.  If you are paying by E-Transfer tuition fees for the entire school year must be paid in full and is dueat orientation in September.

  • 3 days per week – $540

  • 2 days per week - $360

Any problems or concerns with the payment requirements and/or schedule must be discussed at the time of registration.

 

If for some reason you and your child must leave the Nursery School (e.g., Parent transfer, extended medical leave, etc.) your unused tuition payment will be returned to you less a 2-week notice period

 

There will be a non-refundable $50 administration fee for all class changes or re-registration in the same school year after the first day of school.

 

No refunds are given for absent days or school holidays and closures. Tax receipts will be issued twice during the school year.

 

Please note: Membership fees and administration fees are non-refundable.
