Registration & Membership Information
How Registration Works
All registrations are completed online and are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Alumni families include:

Siblings of current or past students

Children of past students
If a registration is submitted outside of the appropriate registration window, families will be contacted and asked to reapply at the correct time.
Once all available spots are filled, any additional registrations will be placed on our waiting list.
Membership Fee
There is a $125 annual membership fee. This fee:

Reserves your child’s place in the program
-
Covers insurance costs
-
Allows you to attend the Annual General Meeting

Gives you voting rights for the Board
Membership payment is due within two weeks of registration to secure your child’s spot.

We are pleased to offer the following class options:

Membership fees ($125) for the 2026–2027 school year may be paid by E-Transfer. Please note that the same payment deadline applies to ensure your child’s spot is held.

Fees & Financial Information
We aim to keep our fees clear and straightforward. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about membership and tuition payments.
Annual Membership Fee
There is a $125 annual membership fee. This fee:

Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.
Tuition Payments
Tuition fees are due at orientation in September and may be paid by cash, cheque, or E-Transfer.
Families may choose to pay tuition in full or in three installments.
Paying in Three Installments (Cheque Payments)
If you choose to pay in installments, three post-dated cheques or e-transfers are required for the following periods:

March 1 (March–May)
Cheques should:

Be dated for the 1st of the month

If post-dated cheques are not available at the time of registration, all payments must be received before each due date.
Full Tuition Payments
Full Tuition Payments are available for the 2026-2027 School Year. These payment may be made by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Families may submit the full year amount in September or pay by term totals.

Important Things to Know

Payments not received on time may result in your child’s spot being released.

Any concerns or special circumstances regarding payment must be discussed at the time of registration.

If your child must withdraw (e.g., relocation or extended medical leave), unused tuition will be refunded with two weeks’ notice.

A $50 non-refundable administration fee applies to class changes or re-registration after the first day of school within the same school year.
-
No refunds are given for absences, school holidays, or school closures.

Tax receipts are issued twice during the school year.
